So I am not going to say that I enjoy working out, but...I have consistantly done it for about 2 weeks now. I feel more energy when I am done, but I still have to talk myself into doing it. Why is that? I have even kept it going, with the tropical weather here in the Twin Cities this week. 9 days above 90...with humidity!
If I can get this going, and workout for a whole month straight..I will buy myself a new workout outfit!
